✨ Hierarchies should never need to exist in our teaching spaces and support.  Â
✨ Establishing respect is much different than establishing power over someone or a group of people.  Â
✨ In this month's Community Call, we'll be exploring how to maintain anti-hierarchal practices in our teachings and the way we support folks who come into our care.  Â
✨ We'll chat about power differentials, respect vs. power, authority vs. authoritarian, and tools to how to navigate shifting power in our community.
